At Goldsboro, Mt. Olive, Princeton, and LaGrange Pediatrics,

We value open communication with our patients. If you have a complaint or concern with your experience at our practice, we would like to know. Listed below are ways you may communicate your concerns to us.

  • Call the practice at 919-734-4736 and leave a message for the supervisor of the area of which you are concernened.
  • Fill out a comment card in the [waiting area or exam room] and leave it in the suggestion box provided
  • Send a letter to the practice.  Please mail all letters to our main office at Goldsboro Pediatrics, 2706 Medical Office Place, Goldsboro, NC 27534, Attention:  Concerns
  • Complete a patient satisfaction survey (In office or online at  All results are confidential.

If you would like to be contacted to discuss your concerns, please provide a telephone number. We will contact you within 3 business days to address your concerns.   Our goal is to provide you with excellent customer service. In order to accomplish this, we need to know how we can improve your experience. We welcome your feedback and value you as our new patient.  As always, should your concerns regard an immediate medical emergency or condition, please call our office for immediate assistance or dial 911.
